“It is my pleasure to share Siksika Health Services’ 2025–2026 Annual Report. This past year marked my first full year as Chief Executive Officer, and our goal was straightforward: creating stability.
Like many organizations, Siksika Health Services had been through a period of change. Before we could turn our attention to growth, we needed to re-establish a stable foundation, supporting our staff, strengthening relationships, listening closely to our community, and ensuring we continued to deliver quality services every single day. Thanks to the dedication of our staff, physicians, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, volunteers, partners, and Board of Directors, we made meaningful progress together.
Our first year was about building stability. Our next year will be about building structure, strengthening our systems, policies, technology, and organizational processes. That work will give us the strong foundation we need to support our staff and continue improving the services we provide.
From there, we will turn our focus to growth. With a strong foundation in place, we will be ready to expand programs and services, advance important capital projects, strengthen partnerships, and continue improving the health and wellbeing of Siksika Nation.” ~ Angie Sarsons, CEO Siksika Health Services
