Siksika Health Services Awarded Accreditation with Commendation Status
We are thrilled to announce that Siksika Health Services has officially been Accredited with Commendation by Accreditation Canada under the Qmentum Global accreditation program! The organization has proudly maintained its status as a nationally accredited health organization through Accreditation Canada since 2007; once again we are incredibly proud of this achievement, and invite our community, partners, and stakeholders to join us in celebration.
The accreditation process involved an extensive review and assessment of Siksika Health Services programs, services, and facilities. In early December, our organization underwent a thorough onsite survey where our operations were carefully evaluated by Accreditation Canada surveyors against national standards for safety and quality care.
Being accredited as a healthcare organization in Canada means that we have met rigorous standards for delivering safe, high-quality health services to our community. It demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in care. This recognition is not just about meeting requirements; it means that we are dedicated to providing the best possible services to those we serve: our community of Siksika Nation, and surrounding communities.
