A lunch hour fitness is a structured group exercise session led by an instructor, designed to improved physical fitness and overall well-being.  The classes offer a variety of fitness techniques that include strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, boot camps, aerobics, stretching and so much more….
