Midday Yoga at Many Guns Boxing & Fitness

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 19, 2024
This class offers variety of yoga that is trauma informed and is designed to incorporate yoga postures (modified to your individual need), and gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness & mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system.
Morning Rise Yoga– Set the tone for your day and flow into wakefulness, beginning with calm gentle movements that intensify into active movements to help you feel mobile, rejuvenated and refreshed.
Midday Day Yoga– This Hatha and Asana Yoga inspired class brings opportunity for building strength, finding balance and focus to your practice. The long holds and emphasis on the postures will help you go deeper into the postures while gaining a clearer understanding of alignment, flexibility and relief techniques high stress areas.
Restorative Yoga– Learn to be fully present with you body by focusing on your physical, mental and emotional relaxation though a slow pace focusing on long holds and breath work.
