Our Boxing Class is a high energy workout that combines traditional boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, with cardo exercises like jumping rope, footwork drill, and body weight movement. It’s a full-body workout, targeting muscles in the arms, core legs, and shoulder while improving agility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
• Boost mood and stress relief- high intensity exercise triggers the release of endorphins our natural mood lifters. Our feel-good hormones can combat anxiety and depression.
• Focus and Mindfulness- Boxing requires concentration on techniques and form promoting a stat of mindfulness. It helps individual stay present which can reduce overthinking and anxiety.
• Cognitive function-reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.
• Community and Social Support-Group classes fosters a sense of community which can help alleviate feeling of isolation and provide emotional support.
