DESCRIPTION:Join Us for Pre-School Screening Sessions on August 26 & 27! \n\nSiksika Health Services invites families with children ages 3-5 to attend our Pre-School Screening Sessions on August 26 & 27 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Deerfoot Sportsplex Gym. \nWhat are Pre-School Screenings?\nPre-School Screenings are an important part of helping ensure your child’s developmental\, health\, and wellness needs are supported before they begin preschool or kindergarten. These screenings can help identify areas where children may benefit from additional supports and connect families with available resources in the community. \nPre-School Screening Includes:\n\nDevelopmental milestones screening\nVision screening\nHearing screening\nDental screening\nVaccination check-in\nPreschool health and wellness resource fair\n\nFamilies will also have an opportunity to connect with Siksika Health Services staff and learn about programs\, services\, and resources available to support children’s health and development. \nFamilies who attend can expect to spend approximately one hour completing the screening process and visiting available resource booths. \nBooking an Appointment\nAppointments are available between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on both days. \nTo book an appointment: \n\nCall Siksika Community Health at 403-734-5664\nText 403-324-4111\n\nAdvance booking is preferred to help reduce wait times and secure your preferred appointment time.
