DESCRIPTION:The wellness outdoors is an initiative that promotes physical activity in nature to improve both physical and mental health. The goal is to restore our relationship with creation. \nJoin us for an intro to paddleboarding course on July 14\, 2022 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in Canmore\, AB. \nThis course is open to Siksika community members ages 15 and up. Participants are expected to bring change of clothes\, towel\, sunscreen \nSiksika Mental Health will provide cost for event (rental gear and equipment)\, prepaid gas card\, and meals.
