Siksika Health Services has been allocated the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine for distribution to rural Albertans 12 years of age and older who live in the surrounding municipalities of Wheatland County, Vulcan County, and Newell County. Rollout of these vaccines will begin by appointment at Siksikas Rural Vaccine Clinic on May 25, 2021, located at the Siksika Deerfoot Sportsplex.
The Siksika Rural Vaccine Clinic will begin May 25, 2021. The clinic will be located at the Deerfoot Sportsplex; hours of operation are from10:00am-4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
At this time, bookings are available to residents from Siksika Nation’s neighbouring municipalities of Strathmore, Gleichen, Wheatland County, Vulcan County and Newell County.
Immunization for rural Albertans is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments can be made online by visiting www.siksikahealth.com/rural-vaccine-clinic/ or by calling 403-734-5706. Please note that you will be asked to provide your name and contact information when booking.
If you are a Siksika Nation member or you live or work in Siksika Nation, you should not use this booking site. Immunizations are available to you on a walk-in basis at the Siksika Deerfoot Sportsplex.
